Randy Dill retired from the U.S. Army in 1992 after more than 20 years in Signals Intelligence. He then embarked on a Human Resources career during which time he served in Director and Vice President roles in different HR disciplines including talent acquisition, employee relations and training and development.

Randy is a Senior Professional Human Resources and holds a M.A. in Management from Webster University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy.

In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking, especially in Big Bend National Park and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
